Telegram announced Toncoin as the exclusive partner Crypto Assets! Hamster Quick Strike will launch its own chain
Telegram and the TON Foundation announced on 1/21 that in the future, only TON blockchain and its governance Token Toncoin will be supported for mini apps and other services on Telegram. The popular game Hamster Kombat on Telegram also announced the launch of its own chain.
TON is the only blockchain partner of Telegram
According to the official statement, TON will become the unique infrastructure for all mini-games on Telegram, while others like Sui, Solana, and Aptos will no longer be integrated into Telegram.
In addition, TON’s governance Token Toncoin has also become an option for encrypted payments used by Telegram, suitable for purchasing Telegram Stars, Premium subscriptions, advertising, and Telegram gateway services. Toncoin will become the sole payment medium for small game developers and channel owners to receive income.
